1. Purpose and Mission: Vednidhi Foundation is dedicated to create a social awareness in the society which will promote a sustainable lifestyle both environmentally and economically. We aim to be one of the biggest Carbon Credit resources in North & Central India. . By using our services, you acknowledge and support our mission.                                    
2. Membership: Membership in Vednidhi Foundation is through registration or by donation. Members agree to abide by the organization’s bylaws.
3. Code of Conduct: All users, including members, volunteers, and staff, are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a positive and inclusive community environment. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
4. Donations and Contributions: Contributions to Vednidhi Foundation are non-refundable. Donors may request a tax receipt, and all donations are subject to applicable tax laws.
5. Intellectual Property: All content, logos, and materials on Vednidhi Foundation/s website and related platforms are the intellectual property of the organization. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of Vednidhi Foundation’s services will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the land. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
7. Amendments: Vednidhi Foundation reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Termination: Vednidhi Foundation reserves the right to terminate membership or access to services at its discretion, without notice, for any violation of these terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uttar Pradesh. Any legal actions or proceedings related to this agreement will be brought exclusively in the courts of Uttar Pradesh.

By using Vednidhi Foundation’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
